Our Advanced Sophrology Program gives you the keys, throughout the training process, to acquire the skills related to the knowledge of consciousness.
The Caycedo Method®, also called Caycedo Dynamic Relaxation®, is structured in 12 grades. In each grade you will learn sophrological techniques, each one with a specific objective.
Our Advanced Sophrology Program is structured in 3 cycles: the Fundamental cycle, the Radical cycle, and the Existential cycle.
In the 1st cycle, the first 4 degrees of the Caycedo Method® or Caycedo Dynamic Relaxation® (CDR®) are taught.
The 2nd cycle aims to deepen the experience of consciousness. Consciousness is investigated and discovered as an integrating energy at the corporal, mental, emotional and value levels.
You will become aware of the strength and resilience present in each one of us.
You will learn to intentionally develop the different manifestations of love, affection, and friendship, from a phenomenological and existential point of view.
The objective of this last cycle is to experience the presence of freedom, responsibility, and dignity in our daily lives.
You will study the profound meaning of freedom as an essential value of your existence, which gives meaning to a full and value-filled life.
After having personally experienced the whole Caycedo method, you will learn to professionally accompany people in sophrology, adapting the sophrological techniques to their personal concerns.
You will then have access to our continuous training with several specific modules of professionalization, conferences, master classes, congresses…
