With this course, you will have a first approach of sophrology and will learn effective and useful techniques for personal and work stress management in your daily life.

Course description

Sophrology training is characterized by its simplicity, its adaptability, and its orientation towards concrete and rapid results.

It will provide you with the tools that you will enable to achieve true autonomy in your practice.

The objective of this course is to help you know and recognize the stressors in your daily life and determine their physical, mental and emotional impact, as well as their effects on behavior. 

Our “Well-being & sophrology®” is a 15-hour/10-session program of Sophrology for personal and work stress management.

The practice of sophrology techniques will help you discover a new body-mind relationship to understand the mechanisms of relaxation and to learn to strengthen positive attitudes.
